An Outreach of St. Anthony Orthodox Church of Butler, PA, Fr. Bodan Bucur, 400 S. 6th Avenue, Butler, PA 16001, 412-390-8208. Cranberry does not have an Orthodox Church but it is home to many Orthodox Christians and to many who seek for the fullness of the Christian faith. There are also many who, for whatever reason, are not attending church. With the blessing of His Grace Bishop Thomas, our parish is starting a missionary and pastoral outreach which aims to extend the presence of Orthodoxy into Cranberry.  Join us on to pray and to learn about the Orthodox faith, to ask questions, and to cultivate friendship with God. We are meeting on Thursdays, 7-8 PM in the Cranberry Municipal Center (Cranberry Township Municipal Center, 2525 Rochester Rd).  Here are the website and FB:  http://www.orthodoxcranberry.org  and facebook.com/orthodoxcranberry

“Prayer and Panera”
The Saint Nikodemos Orthodox Men’s Fellowship Ministry
Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church
985 Providence Boulevard
Pittsburgh, PA  15237
(412) 366-8700

This Thursday, join other faithful Christian men in praying for their families, their community and the troubled world around us. Elder Thaddeus tells us that “prayer attracts God’s Grace,” and the Lord has promised that “where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Mathew 18.20). So this Thursday morning, gather with two or three brothers in Christ and pray.  “Prayer and Panera” gives men time to pray and to share in Christian fellowship and discussions. Here’s how it works: 7:00-7:20 AM: Morning Prayers at Holy Trinity Church, 7:20-8:00 AM: Coffee, Fellowship and Discussion at Panera (up the hill). Never attended? Give it a try! Been there before? Bring a friend and bless his family, too! See you there, guys!
